I feel Bonanza condones and profits highly in promoting fraud. Bonanza actions show and perhaps encourages people to become Sellers with their company, given the knowledge to such Sellers that if the Seller simply does not respond nor send out any products to the Customer the Seller and Bonanza will still make a high profit. I feel Bonanza keeps a percentage of the Customers money, and sends the rest of the Customers money to the Seller without confirming the product is shipped with a valid tracking number. This alone supports and condones a Fraudulent Seller. The Customer does not receive response from the Seller and is told by Bonanza to dispute the charges with their (the customers) Financial Institution/Bank or PayPal, which every was utilized when purchasing products with Bonanza. This process of having the Customers dispute the Bonanza chargers is highly harmful to the Customer and to the Financial Institutions/Banks and PayPal as follows; Financial institutions/banks place a hold on the Customers credit card as the bank works the disputed Bonanza’s charge, which takes an average of 30 to 60 days with no guarantee of the customer getting their money back. By placing the hold on the Customers credit card, the Customers do not have access to their credit card that is a large part of their livelihood particularly for emergencies. The Customers (now) loss of access to available credit card funds is highly detrimental. As well, highly emotionally distressful for the Customer Some Financial Institutions/Banks advise the Bonanza Customers to report the Bonanza disputed charge to the Police and get a case number from the Police to attach to the Financial Institutions /Banks disputed charge documentation. In this the Customers are put under a great deal of emotional distress and loss of wages to take time away from work to get to the Police station, file a charge against Bonanza, acquire the Police filed case number, and work on getting all the Police paperwork over to the Customers Financial Institution /Bank. Bonanza advised that some credit cards and PayPal have charge guard protection, which if I understand correctly is the Financial Institution/Bank or PayPal ultimately paying for the Bonanza charge. Therefor Bonanza and their Fraudulent Sellers keep the money that is truly not theirs to keep. Again, making Bonanza and their Sellers a lot of money. By Bonanza practice of this, the Financial Institutions/Banks and PayPal are losing a great deal of money due to Bonanza and Bonanza’s fraudulent Sellers. The Financial Institutions/Banks and PayPal are also losing money by paying for the many man hours for their employees to fill out multiple forms and dispute & re-dispute the Bonanza charges. I am stilling thinking on how to proceed with this information, as I feel Bonanza should not be promoting Fraud with their Sellers. The loss of money, harm, and emotional distress is alone something to be alarmed about. By reading all the reviews on multiple websites and the Better Business Bureau there is enough documentation stating Bonanza has been doing this Fraudulent practice for a while. Curious if Facebook is aware of Bonanza’s dealings. I will ponder this before I decide how to proceed, I may let it be, though this would allow Bonanza to continue to harm many more People and continue to take money from the Financial Institutions /Banks and PayPal and maybe others. |
