1 star user feedback Absolutely horrible first experience. Ordered books in May and still have not received anything yet. My order shipped to another state in the opposite direction. Asked for a refund and was flat out denied! Will NEVER use this seller or app again. Seller response: So, none of that happened. Ron was at rudeness level 11 from the beginning. Books shipped to correct address. Ron looked at tracking, didn’t understand direction the package was going. I explained media mail takes strange routes sometimes, but also filed inquiry with USPS when delivery took exceptionally long & package appeared stuck at one spot. My exact words: “I think it’s best to see what they find before deciding if a refund is in order.” He immediately left this feedback, books were delivered a few days later.
