I've been buying and selling online since 1998, been selling full-time since 2004. I sell a wide variety of treasures, I find in my travels. I endeavor to describe items as accurately as possible. I believe communications is the key to a smooth transaction. I keep my customers informed of the steps in the buying process.
A few notes on mailing and shipping:
It is sometimes hard to have a one size fits all mailing option for folks living across the country or in the next county. If the mailing costs seem high, please contact me with your zip code. I may able to figure out a better option. There are a few options for mailing that are not available on Bonanza also.
I usually ship items the day of the payment, or the next business day, depending on the time of the payment. Most items are placed in a bag. I pack very carefully, using the appropriate materials, usually using a new box.
If something is glass or ceramic it will be wrapped in a layer of tissue paper, then wrapped in bubble wrap. It is usually secured in place with some styrofoam pieces or foam. I use plain, uninked paper to fill voids when packing books or other non-breakable items.
An online tracking number is available with all US orders. Invoices and a hand written thank you are included in all packages.
Overseas military customers are always welcome.
