The quality of a company’s customer service is defined when you have a problem. I had an issue with the printer I purchased, and it was slightly damaged. Business Auto sent me the information to ship the item back to them and then sent a replacement printer. They never charged me to ship the original item back or for the replacement. There was a small second issue with the replacement printer, and they took care of that issue as well. They were always responsive and now I have a great working product. Business Auto made sure the customer was satisfied with the solutions. Thank you for a great experience when I had an issue. I would buy from Business Auto again.
