I had the old Kodi and was used to it (I’m 70). I bugged this guy day after day because I couldn’t seem to make it work. He never gave up on me and 90% of the time it was me doing something wrong. He takes his time with you and helps at no extra cost. Will do business again. Thanks
When I first ordered it took longer to receive the product than should be and my husband was less than tolerant to this and wrote a bad review but I wanted to clear up that he should have given him the chance. It seems there was a mix up at the post office and he compensated us for that and has been wonderful on answering questions, so I would say to others give him a chance first he made it right for me.
