What you are receiving is a "false positive" The Adobe forums are lit up with this issue. It seems that Adobe has been aggressively trying to get customers to upgrade to their newer subscription based versions (of all products not just Acrobat) by randomly sending out false positives - much like Microsoft did with Windows XP before they were forced to stop by bad press. It’s so frustrating when people don’t read the listing to see how they will receive the item. It says “Once you have paid you will receive an email to your Bonanza messages with the Product Key and a download link for the software.” Order was placed on 7/20 at 4:54 am PDT and the download was sent to your Bonanza messages at 10:22 am. All you have to do is login your account and check messages. The subject line says “Office 2007 download”. I do it this way so that I will have a verifiable record of delivery. |

First, if u sent a message thru Bonanza I never saw it. Second, my personal email is included with the dnld - never rec'd anything. Third, in your message thru paypal u say "Software code stopped working". ?? It sounds like you have a Windows issue (and/or conflict) with another program. Software coding doesn't just stop working without reason.. There’s feedback going back several months with no issues. |

No contact from buyer; No idea what that means. It's 100% Win XP only. If there was a problem with the software why would you be the only one of 100's sold that had an issue. You obviously added something after the initial installation. |

Well, I’m not clairvoyant. If you have a problem the first step is to “contact me” with the issue you’re having! If I hadn’t checked feedback I won’t know. Funny how someone can figure out how to leave feedback but not how to send a message – very suspicious.. There have been literally hundreds of positive entries and you are the only person in the 2 years I’ve been selling this product to leave negative feedback on it – again, very suspicious.
