Parts as is all sales final. We bought this with no warranty. We plugged into a Vodavi starplus system phone port, but had no response so may or may not be any good. Base powers up and charges, Phone powered up beeps once and display says "STA 100" . There is no manual and we could not find one online, so not sure if the issue is the phone or system. BATTERY NOT INCLUDED. the plastic keyway around battery jack has been removed and terminals marked + and - so you can use almost any 3 cell phone battery of same size, just observe polarity (red to +)
