Only Returns accepted are:

1) Warranty available only as Advertised (see each item description)
2) Wrong Item Received (all merchandise)

3) Dead on Arrival (electronics and computers)

4) No Returns for DVDs, Blu Rays, CDs, Computer Software

5) – Computers presenting changed or altered software from the original installation settings are not covered by any warranty.

6) No Returns for Electronic & Electrical Parts

Items under warranty will be accepted as for warranty repair work or replacement only – no refunds

AGREEMENT OF SALE

Our Serviced Product carry 14 Days Warranty (repair or replacement) from the receiving day, unless otherwise advertised.
By purchasing our products you as the buyer acknowledge and agree with the following: We do not offer Returns nor Refunds of any kind. The 14 days warranty imply Only as Repair or Replacement. As for computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any warranty.
