Crosby's Egyptian Beet (Beta vulgaris) is an heirloom dating back to the 1860's from Germany. This early flat beet variety will mature in 45-60 days. Will produce roots that are uniform flattened and heartshape with smooth skin. Tops will grow up to 16". Keeps shape long into fall
