This is Blue Lock-themed masking tape featuring the character, Rin Itoshi. It measures 1.5 cm in height and 3m in length. This is as sold in Daiso. I never used it nor opened it. However, the plastic isn't sealed fully or properly. The plastic packaging does have wear on it. There is wear from the plastic as well as dust from improper storage.
