Grandma’s Pantry accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Grandma’s Pantry will issue a refund of your purchase price once the item is in her hands.

Shipping is not refunded in most cases but this issue is handled on a case by case basis. Grandma’s Pantry is happy to advise you at the time of your return request. The actual cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund amount.

Grandma’s Pantry does NOT accept returns or exchanges on food items or cosmetics due to health concerns, unless the wrong item was shipped to you or it is somehow damaged in transit.
