Atrauman Silicone Dressing
Atrauman Silicone is a wound contact layer consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) network as a carrier material coated on both sides with silicone gel (based on polydimethylsiloxane). This wound contact layer serves atraumatic wound treatment and is thin, soft, cutable and drapable. Due to the open network structure, it is permeable to exudate. It adheres gently and securely on dry, but not on damp surfaces. Thus, it acts a sticking to the wound against.
