This is an original 1981 Kidco ?Power Blasters? pull-string motorcycle toy, manufactured in Taiwan. The rear wheel spin feature works properly ? pulling the helmet/cord retracts and the tire accelerates smoothly, exactly as designed. The toy shows playwear appropriate for age, including rubbed chrome and surface marks, but overall presents very well for display or collection. A great early-80s Kidco collectible with a functioning mechanism.
