I have purchased many of these printers over the past few years and they are great workhorse printers for a small business. However, the original Xerox toners are outrageously expensive. That led me to purchase after-market toners which seem to work just fine. However, the after-market toner will eventually cause the individual drum cartridges to fail prematurely. Overall, the cost of using the after-market toner will still end-up being less than using genuine Xerox products.
