This mop works nicely right now but it didn't when I received it. It wasn't steaming but I took it apart and there was a cuff that wasn't attached to the pumping handle. I simply connected and voila! Steam! Easy fix. Also, it was missing a mop cloth for the rectangle head upon receipt. Other than that the mop works pretty well and cleans the floor nicely. id recommend this item to all for convenience and lightweight and quick heating.
