I bought this laptop as a gift for a teen for school.
I didn't expect perfection, but it would have been nice to know what flaws it had before buying. The software is intact and works well, however, I will not be able to expand the memory with an sd card as the slot is inoperable. There is also a large scratch across the screen and scratches along the top.
Overall, I am happy with it, as it does serve its purpose, but I would have been happier had I known what was wrong before buying.
