The mattress is comfy, smells normal, and is thick enough to sleep well on.
Absolutely great value for a great price. Don't bother looking for an expensive, branded mattress. This one here is perfect. I purchased 2 because I was so happy with the first one. After unpacking, let it inflate over a couple days. It will seem pretty firm at first and then become more flexible over time. Love the firmness, it's perfect, not too hard, not too soft.
