I've been using this for many years and it has made a huge difference in the health of my hair, which is chemically processed by highlights and very fine. It does not weigh hair down or make oily. Rather than spray it onto my hair I find that I can distribute it more evenly by spraying it onto my hands and applying that way. After that I put a small amount of Joico Blow Out Perfecting Styling Cream on it and my hair looks great for several days.
