Easy to set up and use. Clean up is a breeze. It dis a great job on our carpet. I bought this to replace a Bissell ProHeat that's less than a year old and already falling apart. I've had a Hoover in the past and it lasted me over 8 years. Hoover makes the sturdiest and easiest to use carpet cleaners.
