Fox Racing was founded by Geoff Fox, a University of Santa Clara physics professor. It began as Moto-X Fox, a distribution company for motocross parts. Geoff decided that the best way to prove his parts’ superiority was to create Team Moto-X Fox, a professional motocross team. He also managed to prove his fashion sense; the hand-made red and yellow uniforms Geoff created for his team caught enough eyes that inquiries about the outfit’s availability began to pour in.
