My dad's Brookstone Max Percussion Massager stopped working and couldn't purchase another one because of the company going bankrupt so when I found this online I was obviously skeptical (because used massager) but didn't have much of a choice. Brookstone massagers are more powerful than anything else out there. When the item arrived to my parents' place my dad was very excited because it worked like new and didn't seem like there was much previous usage. Not sure what we'll do when this one eventually goes but very satisfied with the product!
