Item description
***China Yunnan NanNuo Mountain Assamica Loose Leaf Black Tea***
Teas2u pure Assamica (large leaf) varietal black tea was picked in early Spring 2019 from the Shi Tou Xin Zhai (New Stone Village) area of the Nan Nuo Mountains in Yunnan Province. Nannuo means "bamboo paste" in the Dai language. It is located in the eastern portion of Menghai County of Yunnan Province's Xishuangbanna Prefecture. It has an average elevation of 1400 meters/4593 feet above sea level. The entire mountain is covered in shaded forests of green bamboo and other trees. Ecological conditions are excellent. Nannuo Mountain tea trees are large-leaf arbor-type.
China Yunnan NanNuo Mountain assamica varietal black tea has virtually no astringency. The tea brew taste is unique and has a hint of fruity sweetness. The tea liquor is thick and creamy when hot boiling water is poured over the large tea leaves. It makes a tasty breakfast tea or drink it as is, without adding sweeteners and/or milk.
Enjoy!
