Leon Ames (January 20, 1902 - October 12, 1993) and Gertrude Niesen (July 8, 1911 - March 27,1975) dual autographed 1950s vintage album page 4 1/2” x 6” hand signed by both on the front and backside in blue ink with Leon Ames added Sincerely. Leon Ames was an American film and television actor. He is best remembered for playing father figures in such films as Meet Me in St. Louis with Judy Garland as one of his daughters, Little Women, On Moonlight Bay, and By the Light of the Silvery Moon. Known for Peggy Sue (1986), Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970) On Moonlight Bay (1951) and others. Gertrude Niesen was an American torch singer, actress, comedian, and songwriter who achieved popular success in musicals and films in the 1930s and 1940s. Known for Start Cheering (1938), This Is the Army (1943), Rookies On Parade (1941), The Babe Ruth Story (1948) and others. This page will come in a clear hard top load for display.
