I've only had this printer for several weeks, but am very impressed by the quality of the image and speed of printing. It performs all the tasks I need, including duplex printing and scanning. I read some complaints about the use of legal paper, and agree. In order to use legal paper, the paper tray needs to extend out further than normal, giving the appearance of it not being inserted all the way. This is a minor issue for me as I rarely use legal paper, but understand how it could be a problem for people that frequently use legal paper.

Initially I was disappointed as I didn't get what was described. The toner was extremely low, barely registering and was missing the plug. When i explained it to the seller, he/ she willingly agreed to send me the items....very willing to accomodate. The printer seems to work well mechanically. B(I had a spare plug to try it. Although I didn't try much as the toner was so low). I look forward to being able to use it!

Good printer, but beware that HP has an auto power off option. If connected via USB or ethernet you can make it stay awake, but on wireless there is not option. If you are very IT savy, you can find ways around it. Other than that, it is a great printer with great quality.
