Goebel Charlot Byj 11 Sleepy Head Young Boy Figurine This adorable Sleepy Head fine porcelain figurine depicts a yawning little boy wearing a blue and white polka dot pajama and holding a grey teddy bear, he has one white bunny rabbit slipper on and one off. The back of the figurine shows his pajama pants slightly falling down from his back side! • Approx. 5" high, the oval base is approx. 3-5/8" x 2-5/8 wide • The underside is marked with the blue Vv emblem, Byj 11, the 1957 copyright date, by W. Goebel, and Germany which is partially faded. • Excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing, no visible signs of damage that we can see, just some color loss on the underside. • No paperwork or box. • Makes a perfect addition to any Goebel collection Note! There were a couple of variations of this piece, the hair on this figurine is blond with light brown overtones and the teddy bear is gray with pink pads on his paws which are extended up, not to the sides.
