The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all. The pamphlet is just over 9” top to bottom, 4” side to side, and opens up to 12” side to side total. I am unsure of the exact age of the pamphlet. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs and must pay for their item or contact the seller to make other arrangements within 5 Days of the end of the auction.
