Scottish King Robert I (Robert the Bruce)
History buffs this beautifully designed box will be a great addition to your collection.
2" diameter. In excellent condition in the original presentation box with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Inside Lid: "In Commemoration of the 700th Anniversary of the coronation at Scone of Robert Bruce, Earl of Carrick as King of Scotland 25th march 1306"
Inside Base: "Robert I was crowned by Isabella countess of Buchan as the representative of the premier clan MacDuff. The King restored an independent Scottish Kingdom." Sides of the inside are decorated as well.
Sides of different scenes and the titles of those scenes are on the bottom of the base.
