Red Sponge Coral Beads and Blue Coral Rose and 50 similar items

In creating this necklace and earring set I selected 10 mm coin and 18 x 13 puffed oval red sponge coral beads, a blue sponge coral rose flower pendant as a center drop and sterling silver findings including a toggle clasp, Bali beads, 4 mm round beads and ear wires. The necklace is 18" in length, the center drop is 1 1/2" in diameter and the earrings are 1 1/2" plus the ear wires. The blue rose pendant is carved from naturally harvested coral into the shape of a blooming rose. The pendant has an unusual, sandy texture and striking blue color. These sponge coral beads are crafted from chunks of natural sponge coral that have been harvested in the deep sea, They are cut, ground, polished and color treated to give them their red-orange glow. The natural variations and lines add to the uniqueness of these beads.
