The front tyres have a directional tread to improve steering in off road conditions while a large rear spoiler creates extra down force for added traction on rough terrain. The motor is mounted above the rear diff, just below the rear wing giving several advantages for a model like this such as increased cooling, added weight above the tyres and the extra space created on the chassis is then used for a central battery layout for better balance.
