Use for ear infections, ear surgery, ear piercing and now swimmer's ear, a common infection during the summer months or frequenting a pool. Made in USA of high grade convoluted foam in egg crate style to allow air flow to aid in the healing of infections and protect against friction on the ear while sleeping. This foam is white, but tends to yellow during the aging process. The color does not affect the performance of the protector. This product is specifically designed for side-sleepers. Some patients use a loose fitting hair band to keep it in place while sleeping. Dimensions are 8"L x 5"W x 3"H outside. Hole in center 3" long X 2" wide This is a personal use item and per Health Department Policy cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Just makes sense.
