The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, but there are a few hand written notations within the pamphlet, and a few small tears along the creases, and some light horizontal creases from being folded. The pamphlet is 8.5” top to bottom, 5.5” side to side and opens up to 8.5” top to bottom and 11” side to side. I am unsure of the exact age of the pamphlet. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece.
