It is used, and in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, but there are some small stains on them, but nothing that washing won't remedy. They are about 3.5" tall, and about 2" in diameter. They are a very cute set, although I am unsure of their age or origins, and they would be a nice addition to any holiday décor, and could be used decorative items at the holiday table as well.
