Regards, Richard J Pasini Hi, and welcome to my sale, this week I am offering this pre-owned HP Photo smart Home Premium 7525 All In One Printer Copier Scanner Fax Wireless. PLEASE READ: I have tested the printers functionality it does scan and print and works on a Windows 10 operating system. However I have installed used NON Branded HP Ink cartridges in this unit and was able to get it print during the printing when I would print out a status page it printed in black along with the color and when it came to just printing out a black copy it did not print. I think and this is my opinion it could be that the cartridges I have installed were not new and full they were low and this printer will tell you if they are low it will not complete the start up process. And the other thing that can be wrong is maybe the print head needs to be cleaned or replaced I am not sure I would try to clean the print head first rather then jump in and buy a new print head. If that is the worst case scenario you might want to get it off of I seen them going for decent prices. If you are the lucky bidder of this printer you might want to invest in HP Branded Ink Cartridges prior to use. If you are a printer technician you may know what is the problem and be able to correct it and if so you will have a nice printer. The overall condition of this printer is very clean in and out. It comes with it's AC power adapter and a HP USB Printer cable. There is no USER MANUAL OR SOFTWARE OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING if you need software you can go to Hip's website and type in the model number and get the software there. Please note: I would like to make this sale FINAL so please take note in the information provided and if you are going to buy this item and try to correct the problem and are unable to and want to return it please don't make the purchase with those intentions. This printer is in good condition and have no damage to it and during shipping if it not properly packaged it can come back damaged to me and would not be sellable.
