Has a hook, zipper and button closure, and then there is a bow tie that goes through 2 large grommets and ties. TOO CUTE! Very Sassy! Color is a black plaid. 63% poly, 33% viscose; and 4% lycra spandex. They measure waist-37 1/2"; rise-9 1/2", inseam-13 1/2" and leg opening 12".
