Lancaster Women's Black Hat with Feathers and Netted Felted Wool Felted wool hat with netting mid back of head area around and beautiful black feathers that give of a sheen of purple and green here and there on them. Almost like peacock feathers and how they have such pretty colors through them, but the colors on these feathers a only lightly there. Black ribbon bow in very back area and just behind that ribbon bow is a small mesh bow as well. I love how the netting comes down over the eyes area. Sexy and pretty all in one with this one ladies. Very nice hat that has been stored well and not worn. It's time someone took this hat out for a day. The stampings inside the hat aren't all there for me to read real clear. I used a tape measure and came up with 21-1/4 inches for the inside measurement. Please remember that the mannequin head I am using is much smaller than a regular persons head.
