Vintage 1970s Hamm's Beer Bear 11-inch and 22 similar items

Vintage 1970s Hamm's Beer Bear ceramic bank. Bank is just over 11.25" tall and weighs about 1 lb 6 oz. The bottom stopper is missing. Condition: There are no glue repairs or cracks in the bisque. However, the black glaze is peppered with speck-sized imperfections that occurred during production. There are several vertical crazing lines in the white belly. There is one chip on the back of the base about 3/8" wide, and half a dozen smaller chips on places like the ear tip and hands (see photo gallery). The paint around the eyes is fading, and it appears that the smile may have been wiped off after years of cleaning and reapplied with marker at some point. Personally, I left the marker lines there because it's part of the pieces history. Otherwise, it's a fun and striking piece. It's the first thing you see when you walk into the room. Shipping I will pack it in an oversized box with plenty of bubble wrap and peanuts. Like you, I am a collector and I want to preserve pieces like this in their original condition as long as we can.
