Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer a standard 30-day return and refund service for eligible items, valid from the date of delivery confirmation. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Used, worn, altered, or missing accessory items will not be eligible for full refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to product characteristics and hygiene policies:
1. Digital products, printable files, and digital downloads;
2. Personalized, custom-made, or custom-engraved items;
3. Clearance, discounted final-sale goods;
4. Hygiene-related accessories and used goods.
No return request will be accepted for the above items unless there is a verified quality defect.
Order Cancellation Rules
Buyers may cancel orders for a full refund before shipment processing. Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. If buyers insist on canceling after shipment, all generated shipping fees and logistics costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns caused by buyer’s personal reasons (dislike, size mismatch, no longer needed, wrong purchase), the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
For returns caused by seller’s responsibility (quality defect, wrong item shipped, missing parts), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or free replacement.
Damaged & Defective Item Claims
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the item condition, package appearance, and shipping label. After verification, we will arrange a full refund, free replacement, or partial compensation according to the actual situation.
Return Processing Procedure
1. Contact us via Bonanza message center to submit a return application and state the return reason;
2. Wait for our official return approval and obtain the designated return instructions;
3. Send back the item following the requirements and upload the return tracking number;
4. We will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days after receiving the package;
5. Qualified refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection approval.
Refund Exceptions & Rejection Rules
We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests under the following situations:
1. Return application submitted beyond the 30-day valid return window;
2. Item is damaged, stained, altered, or incomplete due to buyer’s improper use or storage;
3. Return package is lost, damaged, or unclaimed during return transit without seller fault;
4. False return, malicious dispute, or repeated unreasonable refund requests.
Partial Refund Policy
For items that cannot be fully returned (partial damage, missing accessories, incomplete packaging), we will issue a reasonable partial refund based on the actual item condition after inspection. The partial refund standard is determined by our store inspection result and cannot be disputed repeatedly.
Processing Time for Refunds
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment account. The arrival time depends on the payment platform processing rules, generally 1–7 business days. We are not responsible for the delay of fund arrival caused by PayPal, bank, or third-party payment system.
