UP FOR SALE: Set of two vintage Porsgrund porcelain wall plates, both made in Norway by Porsgrund Porselensfabrikk and intended for decorative display. Plate 1: A Child Is Born (1971) ? Limited edition of 3,000. Large deluxe plate measuring approximately 10.94 inches (27.8 cm) in diameter. Features a blue and white nativity scene with gold snowflake decoration around the rim. Plate 2: Santa Clara ? Three Wise Men ? Limited edition of 10,000, this example numbered 2472. Classic blue and white Santa Clara series design. Both plates are in very good to excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Light surface wear consistent with age only. Maker?s marks are visible on the reverse, as shown in photos. A handsome Scandinavian Christmas display pair, suitable for collectors of Porsgrund porcelain or holiday decor.
