I feel lucky to find Matisse with undamaged enamel! These bangles are such a pleasure to look at and wear. As useful in fashion as they were a half century ago. From 1955-64, these are pictured on page 443 of “Collecting Costume Jewelry 202” by Julia Carroll, 2007 The inside measures 2 ” and it is ” wide; the enameling is intact; there is a couple scrapes on the inside copper, but otherwise are still brightly finished; both are signed MATISSE RENOIR with the copywrite symbol; overall they are in excellent vintage condition.
