If
your Guitar Hero guitar has strumming problems, this is the answer.
Quick and easy solution to the strumming (usually downstrumming) not
working AND phantom strumming, where the strummer activates without you
touching it - both are caused by the switch failing.
For sale in this listing is a new microswitch (as seen in the second picture) compatible
with all official Guitar Hero World Tour controllers (pictured in
product image) that have the touch slider on the neck.
THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE NEW STRUM SWITCH AND IS NOT FOR THE GUITAR HERO CONTROLLER, GAME, NOR DONGLE.
To install, you'll have
to de-solder the old switch out and solder in this new switch in it's
place. It's a very easy process and there are tons of YouTube Video
tutorials to show you how exactly to replace this switch. *** if you
purchase this switch and are having trouble installing it, please
message me and I'll direct you to the exact Youtube video i watched to
learn the process. If still having problems from there, I could call
you via Facetime or Skype to help you install the switch.
**note - not
compatible with GH3 Guitars or the very newest Band Hero and GH5 guitars
which are red/white** however, we also sell those switches as found
