2 Vintage Scarf Belt Buckles Oval Art Deco Style Dots Black with Rhinestones. Oval yellow Art Deco style radiating ridges and dots likely Casein or lucite or maybe Bakelite measures approx. long and wide, black background cream accents plastic Bakelite or some such old plastic measures approx. long and wide. Very good used condition, all rhinestones present, no cracks or breaks in plastic, painted dots on yellow great shape. See pictures.
