Comes with:

Directions:
1. Rinse guard and place in the mouth to make sure it is not too long. If the guard is too long, cut off access from the ends until the length is comfortable for your mouth. (Guard does not need to cover the back teeth molars.)
2. Soak the guard in 140F hot water for 15 seconds make sure the guard is soft and flexible. (water should NOT be boiling.)
3. Always be careful around hot water.
4. When dental card becomes soft quickly, and carefully place on your upper teeth, close jaw and bite down for 20 seconds.
5. When molding is done place guard in a bowl of cold water for 20 seconds. If the guard does not fit, repeat steps one through five
Do not use:
- It you are under 18 years of age.
-If you wear braces dentures or any other appliances.
- It you can wiggle any of your teeth.
- If your dentist has told you that you have TMJ.
- If you have any pain, oral disease and or cavities.
