Item description
rare vintage signed paper folding fan of what looks like a feather/floral item with a red bonnet (reminds me of the Handmaids' Tale's bonnets).
it is signed but cannot make out the artist signature. see photos.
needs repair...several of the sticks/ribs are separated from the fan.
