On the reverse it is stamped "STERLING". The pin weighs 3.7 grams approximately making it perfect to wear on light weight summer fabrics or throughout the colder seasons. It measures approximately 1 1/4"wide by 1 1/16" tall (32.0mm x 27.5mm). The handmade safety clasp closes securely and works well being of the period and contemporaneous to the antique pin.
