Rare Vintage Longeau / Enicar Military Steel and 42 similar items

This is a small but very attractive military style watch from the WWII era. This is a rare variant for most Longeau wrist watches have simple base metal cases. This all steel case measures 30mm without crown x 40mm lug tip to lug tip. All original and unmolested. Movement is an Adolph Schild Cal. AS984, introduced in 1940. Probably worn by a soldier as engraving of the owner?s initials in the back cover is a practice common in the military. Fully functional. Comes on a NOS black Perlon strap. The Longeau brand name is sometimes also found on dials made by Enicar for the Canadian retailer Birks.
