Its colours and concentric circles symbolize the structure of the universe. This scarf is a mandala for the god, Hermes. This scarf is in excellent condition, the hand-stitched hem is plump. The background is prune/ brown, with the patterns in lilac, pink and blue. Please note: this scarf was originally a Plisse (pleated) scarf, but has been pressed flat. Some evidence of the pleats remain. Plese see the pictures. This is an authentic Hermes silk scarf that is in excellent condition. There are no stains, runs or snags. It is 100% silk, made in France.
