Doctor Who Stamp Cover / Fdc Signed Four and 34 similar items

Multi-signed first day cover issued by the Strand Stamp Centre in London on 22nd May 2000, signed by 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Doctors. Genuine numbered limited edition, No.1333 of 1500. Now 25 years old. As you can see from the photos, this item is far from perfect, which is why it is so cheap. To get a perfect one of these will cost you 80 - 100. Sadly a previous owner taped the item to a piece of card, framed it, and then hung it up in direct sunlight for enough years to fade it overall quite badly on the picture side. The McCoy signature is not affected, the Tom Baker signature is still pretty good, but as you can see from the photos, the Colin Baker one is a bit faint, and the Peter Davison one is almost invisible now. If you take a look at the last photo, of the reverse, you will see the residue where the tape was attached. I removed it very carefully, without causing any further damage, and then applied some talc to it so it is no longer sticky, it's now simply a discolouration in two patches.
