Item description
About 2 3/4" round, blue and red embroidery on a white backing, merrow edge. That edge is curling up in places however I do think with a steam iron you could mostly set it straight. The artwork and logo are undamaged. Question becomes how did it get curled up like that and my take on this is that it may well have come off a uniform, either waitress or cook. If not, many restaurants have gift and souvenir items in a display case by the register. I have been in San Diego once in my life, in 1961 when I was five and we may well have eaten there if it had opened by then but I couldn't remember. I did though get it in a small group of travel souvenir type patches, campgrounds and a ski lodge kind of bunch. (But that doesn't mean the person who collected them ever went any of those places.)
From what I see in general there are not many keepsakes available for this spot. Mostly matchbook covers and a few expensive t-shirts and I don't criticize those sellers for asking what they do. No great reason not to sew this onto a new t-shirt in your own size and wear it in celebration and memory.
Shipping to USA included, anywhere else $2.00.
