SC book The Jane Austen Book Club by Karen and similar items

This is a softcover book, The Jane Austen Book Club by Karen Joy Fowler (2004). It is a trade paperback, a First Plume Printing from May 2005. The story takes place over the course of several months in Davis, California, a university town in California's Central Valley near Sacramento. Each of the six chapters is dedicated to one of the six book club members as well as one of Austen's six works. In turn, each of Austen's novels parallels the individual characters' experiences lives with their relationships, family, and love. Book is in excellent condition. There's a little mild wear to the cover but nothing at all noteworthy. Other than that there are no issues to mention. Pages are all very clean and there's no writing in it. Asking $4.00 obo.
