Black and White ‘Footed” Dessert or Cake and 50 similar items

This is a black and white footed cake plate or dessert plate. It’s feet are two legs in green shoes with pink bows. The dessert plate has some issues. There is a tiny chip on one of the pink bows on the side. And a teensy chip on the bow on the other side at the ribbon. There is some very light, but visible, crazing on top. And the bottom may be broken. It looks like there may be a break at the heels. The plate has no tags, no clue who made it (although Grace’s Teaware comes to mind) and no idea of the age. Also, it may have a slight tipping issue-so I’d be careful how I put things on it. That might just be a problem of the design. The top plate is 13.50 inches by 9 7/8 inches. It is 5.00 inches tall at the rim. The colors are clean, the design is unique and it’s not something you see everyday. The crazing is not bad and there is no discoloration.
